The Fishery.

An established fishery of many years now regarded as a Premier Fishery.We have 2 Lochans the main loch is Fly only and contains fish of exceptional quality. Our smaller loch is primarily for bait but is also suited to someone learning the art of flyfishing. With the two lochs combining all aspects of
Trout fishing Coyle Water makes for an ideal family day out.Fish into double figures are stocked and 6lb & 8lb fish are caught on a regular basis, during the summer & winter months regular competitions are held. With large numbers of terrestrial fly life and abundant hatches our main loch is superb for those wishing to fish nymphs, buzzers and dry flies. Buzzards and Hawks are seen regularly hovering above the fishery and it is not unknown for deer to come down to the water to drink especially early mornings and late evenings.With crystal clear water fish can be seen feeding readily
making Coyle ideal for stalking.

Hidden from the main road, with good access and parking facilities.

Stocking

Stocked on a weekly basis with fully finned hard fighting quality Rainbow and Blue Trout and some Tiger Trout also a reasonable head of Brown Trout from 2lbs 4oz upwards into double figures you are always assured of excellent sport.
A superb bank fishery with easy access all around including disabled access.

Facilities

The facilities include a comfortable heated lodge, car park, toilets, tea, coffee, cold drinks. hot & cold snacks and also a good selection of flies, nylon and limited tackle available and on sale.
